Q: What one or two things do you currently do in your training that are key(s) to your success?
A: Consistency, technique work and nutrition

Q: Any tips or notes you can give beginners who are looking to get further in the sport?
A: Seek out a trainer or coach who can impart knowledge at a high level 

Q: What is your diet like?
A: Fairly rigidly focused on protein 

Q: In regards to supplements, what do you currently use? Which are your top-3 products?
A: Poliquin fish oil, Poliquin magnesium and Poliquin zinc 


Accomplishments & Goals

Q: What is your biggest accomplishment in your sports?
A: World masters best lifter in September 2011 and 7 gold medals and world records at that Competition in Toronto 

Q: Have you set yourself new goals? If so, what are they?
A: Raw powerilifting goals

A: Realistic examination of my potential versus actual capability to train 


Motivation & Inspiration

Q: What factors do you believe have allowed you to succeed in your sport?
A: Love of being healthy 

Q: Have you experienced a breakthrough, and if so, what led to it?
A: Concentration on technique and nutrition that came when I trained with Coach Sebastian Oreb

Q: Do you have a saying or motto that you live your life by?
A: "Strong is happy"

Q: What is your biggest challenge, and what do you do to manage this challenge?
A: The negative thoughts that plague one when doing a big lift. I try and channel it 

Q: Who or what are you inspired by?
A: Strong women I’ve spent time with in powerlifting.eg Katrina Robertson. Other non sporty women like Magda Szubanski who promote healthy living as a road to happiness. People who give their time or money to help others in the sport  such as Matti Tikka. Coach Sebastian Oreb for inspiring me to lift my sights.
